Wilmington, Delaware - Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year Plus Bonus + Profit Sharing
- Delmarva United Homecare is looking for a motivated, organized, and growth-focused Associate Director to help lead daily operations, support staffing, assist with client services, and help grow our Wilmington office.
- What You’ll Do
- Support branch operations and office leadership
- Assist with caregiver hiring, onboarding, and retention
- Help manage scheduling and client service coordination
- Monitor documentation, EVV, and service quality
- Support marketing, outreach, and branch growth
- Build relationships with clients, families, and staff
- What We’re Looking For
- Home care, healthcare, staffing, or office leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
